OPOD News Center - The amateur football scene in Singapore received unprecedented coverage on National TV after the tournament draw for the Centurion Football - Football OPOD League of Champions was featured on both News 5 and CNA's Singapore Tonight on Saturday, 9th October 2010.
The Newpaper also ran an article featuring the tournament on the same day.
More coverage on the tournament can be expected when the tournament kicks off on the 23rd October at St Wilfrid with the Finals to be played at Jalan Besar Stadium on the 30th October 2010.

FAS Deputy General Secretary P Sivakumar represented the FAS at the draw and was clearly impressed. "The whole draw was done in a very professional manner," he commented.
Co-hosts Centurion Football's COO, Sean Tan, did not hide his delight for the success of the draw. "The teams are excited and really up for it. We're going to make this an unforgettable experience for all the teams involved."
Football OPOD business development director Tan Li Yu was adament that this is only the start of bigger things to come. "The whole idea was to create a 'champions league' for Singapore amateur football and we believe we've succeeded in bringing together the best teams in the scene today."
"The publicity that this tournament will generate for social and amateur football in Singapore is the key. Singapore football has always been so vibrant and we believe this is the one tournament that will bring it all to light."
