AMK Football Team had simply outclassed by Foresight United with a thrashing defeat.
AMK Football Team were hardly in control in the first half as Foresight United attack seems too much for our defence to handle. Foresight United flanks effectively broke down our defence in multiple occasions. Their first goal came in through their left flank and successful lobbed our goalkeeper, second goal was an unlucky own goal and third goal came from a shot from a free kick and goalkeeper missed the punch. First half ends disastrously, losing 3-0.
AMK Football Team started second half in a better manner causing some frustration to the opponent but it doesn't last long. Soon Foresight United gain their momentum back, they started to attack aggressively down the flanks and scored another 2 goals from open play and converted a penalty. However AMK Football Team did get a consolation goal from a through pass from Roy and scored by Mike.
The score line tells the story of our performance, an unlucky night against a strong team. 1 lob, 1 own goal, 1 missed punch by goalkeeper, 1 penalty, 1 miskick and 1 poor clearance to end the match.
We shall put our shit together, move on to the next match and strive for better results.

Note for the return match: Opponent's Left / Right flanks are fast and skilful, they switch flanks very often. Our defence have to stay compact. Our team need to communicate more with each other, make more off the ball running / support, be more proactive to ask for ball and release ball early.
