I dont think both team get a point each. According to FAS Handbook, if a match was called off due to unforseen circumstances during that 90 mins of play the match shall be postpone to a later date.

i heard that in serie A, only the remaining minutes of a postponed game will be played, and the score resumes from just before the interruption
